What countries do you ship to?

Pixel Moon currently ships to Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand!

If you are located within the EU-Union, UK, Japan, Philippines, or South Korea, you can order Pixel Moon products via the official Etsy shop PixelMoonShop.

To find out when Pixel Moon may open up shipping to your country, please follow Pixel Moon's Instagram or Tiktok pages, or subscribe to emails at the bottom of this page to find out when shipping to your country might become available!

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

I will be able to process most orders within 1-6 business days of receiving them, and shipping estimations are determined by your choice of shipping at checkout.

Please note that these are only estimations and not a guarantee! If I receive more orders than usual, or you order around the holidays, there may be additional delays in the processing and shipping times of your order.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Please use the Contact form to reach out regarding your issue, and please be sure to include your order number in the email.

I've made a mistake on my order! Can I change or cancel it?

While there is nothing I can do once I have finished processing the order or have already shipped it, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number in the email and I will do my best to help correct/cancel your order before I have begun processing it. For the best chances, please contact me as soon as you have made your order.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please also include a photo of the damaged product(s) in your email.

Are you open to collaborations or making custom merch for my brand?

Absolutely! If you are a brand, influencer, content creator,or fellow artist and would like to have custom pixel art merch or would like to collaborate in some other way, please contact info@pixelmoon.ca with your subject starting with [Business Collaboration].

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

While I currently do not offer wholesale pricing, if you are interested in selling Pixel Moon merch in your store, please reach out to let me know of your interest, so that I may add your business to my contact list for when I start accepting wholesale orders.
